Drill of the week is designed to help coaches with planning and variation of their sessions. The drills relate to various aspects of our game, and should be used in conjunction with reinforcing the key coaching points outlined in the core skills document.
Each week of the WA Grade season a new drill will be posted on this webpage. Any feedback should be directed to RugbyWA Coach Education Manager Matt Tink at matt.tink@rugbywa.com.au
