Coaching Kids Rugby

WELCOME TO KIDS RUGBY

Coaching Kids Rugby courses provide the fundamentals for coaches and referees involved in the modified games of Walla, Mini and Midi Rugby.

Two types of courses will be offered for 2010, Coaching Kids Rugby and Refereeing Kids Rugby and both will offer the junior rugby volunteer a fresh and exciting introduction to the modified games of Rugby.

2010 Kids Rugby Program

Did you know that the most common reasons why Kids play sport are -

1.       Its fun

2.       Its with friends

3.       It makes them feel good

4.       It allows them to learn new skills

With this in mind the ARU has developed a new program to educate junior rugby volunteers on how to give Kids that play the modified games of Walla, Mini and Midi rugby, what they want! Two types of courses will be offered in 2009, Coaching Kids Rugby and Refereeing Kids Rugby.
