Sue Roberts Trophy

The Sue Roberts Trophy is awarded to the fairest and best player each year in the Women's Club Competition.

Puawai Hohepa of Perth Bayswater has taken out the 2009 fairest and best award at the RugbWA Awards Breakfast on Friday 18 September at ME Stadium.  Puawai has once again proven herself in 2009 to be an exceptional Flyhalf. Puawai is an outstanding player with the ability to control the match and lead her team mates on the field.

In 2008 Melissa Rowe was awarded the trophy with a great ending to a successful season for Melissa after being named in the Wallaroo's in 2008.

The 2007 Trophy was won jointly by Cottesloe's Debby Hodgkinson and Perth Bayswater's Stacey Kilmister, the first time the award has been split between two winners.

In 2006, Perth Bayswater's Puawai Hohepa was named the Sue Roberts Trophy winner. Puawai, a flyhalf, was a member of the Numbats team that won the Minor Premiership and made the Grand Final.
