BUILT BY RUGBY FORUM – YOUR CHANCE TO INTERACT WITH THE WALLABIES

With the Wallabies Perth Test Match falling during the schools holidays in 2008, RugbyWA and EdRugby have taken the annual Values Forum concept to a whole new level. This year clubs as well as EdRugby schools are invited to come down to Wesley College and find out from two Wallabies what it’s like being part of our national rugby team, their career, their heroes and rugby highlights.

The Built By Rugby Forum is one of several EdRugby programs that aim to encourage students to think about the importance of values in sport and life. It provides a rare opportunity for students, teachers and those in the rugby community to hear from high profile Rugby players about the values underpinning their lives and the team including pride, heritage sportsmanship, respect, honour and standards.

The Built By Rugby Forum will feature:

  • A facilitated discussion with two high profile Rugby players
  • Big-screen footage showcasing the players in action along with other multi-media
  • An opportunity for questions from the audience

Wesley College will be hosting the event in their purpose built Joseph Green Centre from 6:30pm on July 17, 2008. Seats are limited so be sure to register soon to avoid disappointment. The Built By Rugby Forum is free of charge, so click here for more information and details on how to register for the event.
