Conditions of Emirates Western Force Membership

RugbyWA is committed to fostering the best possible match environment for our Emirates Western Force members and spectators. As a result, unruly, abusive, offensive or unsafe behaviour or conduct by a member will not be tolerated.

The West Australian Football Commission (WAFC) have devised the Subiaco Oval Code of Behaviour. All members of the Emirates Western Force must comply with the Code of Behaviour (or such other conditions applicable at any match venue).

Members are personally responsible for the behaviour and conduct of any person using their membership.

If a member is deemed by RugbyWA not to have complied with the Code of Behaviour and that member’s behaviour according to the Code of Behaviour would result in the immediate eviction from Subiaco Oval, RugbyWA has the right anytime thereafter to terminate the current season membership of that individual (in addition to any sanctions or penalties imposed by the WAFC).

Upon termination of the membership by RugbyWA, no part of the membership fee will be refunded.

The resumption of Emirates Western Force membership by a terminated member in a future season will be at the sole discretion of RugbyWA.

In addition, all members acknowledge, and must comply with, the Subiaco Oval Conditions of Entry (copies of which are posted at the gates of Subiaco Oval and on the reverse side of any ticket to a match at Subiaco Oval).
