If you were there, you will never forget the moment the Emirates Western Force won its first game at home, and it came from the boot of this man. Cameron’s field play throughout the season was a highlight but it was his winning conversion from the sidelines in blustery conditions against the Hurricanes in round six which marked a memorable moment in WA sporting history. The form Australian winger of the competition, Shep scored 115 points including seven tries adding to his tally of 121 points in 2006 (which also included seven tries). His 2007 Investec Super 14 season came to a premature end when he suffered ligament damage to his left knee against the Brumbies, an injury which also cost him selection in the initial Rugby World Cup squad. He was later called into the team after an injury to Mark Gerrard. Shep also played for Australia A against the Junior All Blacks and Fiji, and was a big contributor for the ET Perth Spirit.
